SGEMS provides B2B outbound services, including but not limited to:

  • Cold email outreach
  • Appointment / meeting setting
  • Sales pipeline support

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals or agreements.


3. No Guarantees

SGEMS does not guarantee:

  • Sales closures
  • Revenue outcomes
  • Specific response or conversion rates

We commit to consistent execution and transparent reporting, not guaranteed business results.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Review and approve messaging where required
  • Comply with applicable laws in their target markets

SGEMS is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete client inputs.


5. Outreach Identity

SGEMS may conduct outreach using the name “John Harber” for operational and brand purposes. This does not represent a separate legal entity.


6. Payment & Engagement

  • Services are offered on a retainer or agreed commercial basis
  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
  • Minimum engagement periods may apply

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.


7. Intellectual Property

All website content, frameworks, copy, and materials are the property of SGEMS unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

SGEMS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Outcomes resulting from third-party actions or market conditions

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the relevant service period.


9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the agreed proposal or contract terms. Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


11. Changes to Terms

SGEMS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
